Your pump's daily close, done in minutes
These appear in the Mode box in Step 2. Separate them with commas. Cash needs no mode. Bank adds a "Collection Through Bank" line in the CFS outflow. Paytm, DT PLUS, HP PAY, Xtra Power, Fleet and Pine Lab also fill the accounted amount in the NOTE sheet.
These expense lines stay in the CFS when the tool cleans yesterday’s file. Write =keep after a name to keep its amount too (like a fixed rent). Separate with commas.

Step 1 of 3
Choose today's .xlsm or .xlsx file. Nothing is changed yet. This only confirms the tool reads it correctly.
Choose today's collection report photos and meter slip photos. Each one is read automatically. Your photo-reading key is in Settings (⚙).
Tip: name each collection report photo with the employee's name (for example Anil.jpg). The tool then uses that name instead of reading the handwriting.
Uses the Excel file you loaded. For credit sales and collections, pick the party from the list and type the amount. Expenses are typed. Nothing is read from photos here. Everything is saved together in the last step. New rows are added when needed (the dropdowns, totals and formulas follow). For Voyage Fuels one empty row is also left at the end of each part. For P K Fuels, a party that already has a row gets the new amount added to it (like =3686+2581+500).
A party that is not in the Excel list gets its own tick box under it: tick it to write that name to Excel, untick it to leave it out. Use ✕ to delete one line.
Pick the product and type the quantity. Deposit and other cash out go below. Everything is written into the LUBE sheet of your Excel file when you save in the last step. A new row keeps the product dropdown.
Type today’s dip readings and purchases. They are written into the DAILY STOCK REGISTER sheet of your Excel file when you save in the last step.
Uses the Excel file and photos from Step 1. It checks automatically when you open this page.
Writes every employee's readings and collections into the Excel file, including ones with a flag, so nothing is left out. It also writes the CFS entries and the stock figures you typed in Step 2. Everything else in your file stays untouched.
